Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Group bookings may require advance notice and special arrangements

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled visit: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respect our animals and follow all safety guidelines
• Follow staff instructions and safety protocols
• Not engage in any harmful or disruptive behavior
• Respect other visitors and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not bring prohibited items (food for animals, dangerous objects, etc.)
• Supervise children at all times
• Follow photography guidelines and respect privacy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Feeding animals without permission
• Loud or disruptive behavior that disturbs animals or other visitors
• Smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises
• Bringing pets or other animals
• Climbing fences or entering restricted areas
• Taking photographs for commercial use without permission
• Any behavior that endangers animals, staff, or other visitors
• Vandalism or damage to property

Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capybara World Koh Samui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Animal Interaction Disclaimer
